Out of the 2000+ service providers, our customer experience (CX) scores stood out, with enterprise clients expressing particularly high satisfaction scores with ISG. The assessment included in-depth customer experiences of our AI capability and services in alignment with ISG Provider Lens™ quadrant evaluations. Our Mphasis.ai business unit has been aligned with our clients and their end customer’s needs, as indicated by the CX scores. 

Mphasis also received the award in the ITO segment for IoT, based on the positive feedback collected from clients through ISG surveys. Our Internet of Things (IoT) services encompass strategy and consulting, industry-specific solutions, partner-based offerings, and proprietary IPs that leverage artificial intelligence (AI) and data analytics.
